It case you haven’t heard, credit unions have been under attack. The government has been trying to pass legislation that could impact credit unions and the way business is done. Most of the issues would negatively impact credit unions and ultimately affect YOU.
It all revolves around the economic meltdowns we have seen and Congress now trying to change laws to prevent it in the future. They are forgetting a key fact: banks help get us into the mess and credit unions weren’t part of the problem! We have long been part of the solution!
