My Credit Builder Program – Need help building your credit? Get help establishing a credit history with the Credit Builder Program. It provides an opportunity to establish a loan pay history and build your savings account. ALL applications will be approved! The loan can be anywhere from $500 to $5,000 with a max term of 36 months. The loan proceeds will be deposited into your Credit Builder account and held as collateral to help you build your credit.
*Credit Builder rate applies. See rates. Must be eligible for and become a Resource One member/owner. Funds will be held in the account for the life of the loan.
First Time Car Buyer – Limited or no credit history is NOT a problem. Choose from a variety of terms and rates to help you establish a payment history and get your first set of wheels! You can finance either a new or used car, and no co-signer is required.
*Subject to credit approval, must be eligible for and become a Resource One member/owner. To qualify, there must be no previous vehicle credit history, no derogatory credit history, employed in a full time capacity at least one year with current employer.
New College Grad Car Buyer – You’ve worked hard, and now you need a car to get you on the road to success. Resource One provides you the opportunity to purchase a car of your choice and establish credit in your name. A down payment and co-signer aren’t required, you have 90 days until your first payment, AND you could get up to a $1,000 line of credit!
*Subject to credit approval, must be eligible for and become a Resource One member/owner. To qualify, must provide proof of college degree, be employed in a full-time capacity or have a copy of an offer letter.
First Time Home Buyer – Stress less about purchasing your first home, let the First Time Home Buyer loan help! With the First Time Home Buyer Loan, you receive up to 95% financing, a fixed rate of APR, 30 year term, with up to a $5,000 line of credit for qualified applicants.
